The Hyperstrip® range of flexible materials are intended for use as mould release agents in the hot pressing of high voltage machine coil insulation as well as for general applications where mould release is required from synthetic type resins.

The Hyperstrip® range consists on PET film coated on both sides with a silicone resin system. 

The Hyperseal® range of flexible materials are intended for use as a sealing & finishing tape on a variety of electrical equipment, including  end windings in high voltage rotating machines, phase connections, transformers, coils & fractional horse power motors operating at 155^oC (Class F).                        

Other applications include stack consolidation in high voltage rotating machine stator coils, inter-layer insulation in foil wound inductor &  transformer coils & as a bonding layer in salient pole field coils & strip wound rotor coils.                                                                                                               

The Hyperseal® range  consists of woven polyester or glass fabric impregnated with various resin systems.
