BRAZING ALLOYS - COPPER/PHOSPHORUS
Copper-flo™ is a range of brazing metal fillers recommended for the fluxless brazing of copper.  They have a lower ductility than Silver/Copper/Phosphorus
products.  Copper-flo™ should not be used on nickel or iron containing metals, including all grades of steel, as a brittle joint will result.

Stan-fos™ is a very free flowing filler metal, that produces a good surface finish on joints, however, it has low ductility and requires the use of a flux.
COPPER-FLO™ 92.5 7.5 0 714 - 810 CP201 CuP 182 Rod, wire, rings
COPPER-FLO™ 2 92 6 Sb 2 690 - 825 CP301 CuP 389 Rod, wire, rings
COPPER-FLO™ 3 93.8 6.2 0 714 - 890 CP203 CuP 179 Rod, wire, rings
STAN-FOS™  92.5 7.5 Sn 7 640 - 680 CP302 CuP 386 Rod, wire, rings

BRAZING ALLOYS - SILVER/COPPER/PHOSPHORUS
Sil-fos™ & Silbralloy™ are a range of brazing metal fillers recommended for the fluxless brazing of copper.  On brass, bronze, and other copper alloys, a flux, such as Easy-flo™ or Tenacity™ No.4A is required.Sil-fos™ & Silbralloy™ should not be used on nickel or iron containing metals, including all grades of steel, as a brittle joint will result.
Sil-fos™ is the most ductile of this range, Silbralloy™ can be used instead of Copper-flo™ when a low cost filler with higher ductility is required.
SILBRALLOY™ 91.7 6.3 2 644 - 825 CP105 CuP 279 Rod, wire, rings
SIL-FOS™ 5 89 6 5 644 - 815 CP104 CuP 281 Rod, wire, rings
SIL-FOS™ 6 87 7 6 644 - 718 / CuP 283 Rod, wire, rings
SIL-FOS™ 80 5 15 644 - 80 CP102 CuP 284 Rod, wire, rings, foils, strips
